The areas of activity of Fichet-Bauche in Spain include:

1. Physical security product manufacture and distribution, which are tested under the new European standards UNE EN 1143-1 and fulfil the ISO 9002 standard..

   In our country the production plant is located in Granollers (Barcelona), occupying a constructed surface of 7,500 m2. The products made in this center are different models: vaults, banking anti-holdup vaults “Alisea”, banking automatisms, automatic cash machines, armoured doors and refractory closets…

   In our logistics center, located in Montornès del Vallès, we store products from external suppliers, as well as the finished products of other group plants. Later and with a daily cadence, all the necessary products for our whole network of delegations are sent to all the distributors in the national territory. 

   Continous investigation is a must if we wish to offer the best products. For example, research of new composites (organic and inorganic) allows us to obtain year after year materials with a higher resistance against mechanical and thermal attacks, without increasing their thickness or weight.

2. Design, installation and maintenance of electronic security systems.

   At Fichet-Bauche we assume the commitment to incorporate the newest technological advances to client service. To do this, and based on telecommunications in data collection and computerized management, we have developed a powerful information system for the client that gathers the actions performed by Fichet-Bauche in our facilities. 

   The technical organization integrates the necessary different departments to accomplish assignments independently. Thus, for example, the installation team is distributed as follows:

   • Centralized technical support:

     Gives service to the distributed network for complex problems in design, products or installation. It is formed by specialists in each one of Fichet-Bauche's activities. (Physical products, alarm intrusion, fire detection and extinguishing, etc.)

   • Distributed technical network:

     The technical network is formed by specialists distributed all over Spain and articulated in:

     • 30 areas with a technician in charge: La Coruña, Alicante, Almería, Badajoz, Baleares, Barcelona, Bilbao, Burgos, Cádiz, Castellón, Girona, Granada, Lanzarote, Las Palmas, León, Logroño, Madrid, Málaga, Murcia, Oviedo, Valencia, Valladolid, Vigo, Salamanca, Santander, Sevilla, Tarragona, Tenerife, Zamora y Zaragoza.
     • Installation team in each area.
     • Service team in each area.

3. Alarm reception and management

   The central reception center, that has national coverage, is fully automated with the most advanced computer system, which allows the immediate recognition of received alarms, their treatment, as well as the actions to be performed.

   The complex computer system of the central reception center facilitates quick resolution of the alarms and access to the data banks in real-time. Thus an absolute absence of errors is obtained, since the entire signal process, in addition to the verification process, is performed in an automatic way.
